Booking & Conditions

For the season 2021-2022

For booking 5 days or more prior to arrival required payment of 20% of value of reservation
Balance to be paid 14-5 days prior to your arrival.
If the balance is not received 5days prior to your arrival, we have the right to cancel your booking.
For booking 5 and less days prior to arrival-100% of payment.

Cancelation Policy

In case of cancellation within 24 hours of booking the charge is zero.
For the season 2021-2022: In case of official cancellation the flight due to COVID-situation or lock down in Greece or in the country of travelers, payment will be refunded or voucher can be written (upon request) for the next reservation for the 2022-2023 season.
In other cases:
In case of cancellation 31 days and more prior arrival -the prepayment 20% fee is returned
In case of cancellation 30-5 days to arrival: the prepayment 20% fee is not returned.
In case of cancellation 4 days or less prior to arrival: 50% fee is not returned.
No show: 100% fee is not returned.
In case of no show or early departure is subject to the overall cost.

We allow guests to pay online with their preferred payment method.
Payment through bank log / MC, Debit – credit card.

check-in: 16:00 pm or later (early check-in subject to availability)
check-out: by 11:00am (late check-out subject to availability)
